Role and Responsibilities

• • Perform PCBA/Sub assembly /Module Inspection
  • Ensure Measuring/Test Instruments are properly calibrated and maintain Calibration reports
  • Support to perform UL Surveillance Audit and maintain relevant reports
  • Conduct process Audit based on fixed frequency
  • Provide disposal action support of suspected part
  • Prepare weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Quality performance report  and drive for action with cross   functional Team
  • Monitor and perform ESD Verifications
  • Conduct Packing and Out of box Audit

Skills and Experience:

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Proficient in PCBA standards such as IPC,J-EDEC/ESD/MSD
• Process audit experience
• Proficiency in  PowerPoint,Word ,SQC Tools
• 4 – 6 years working experience in a Electronics Manufacturing service companies
• Diploma  in Electronics Engineering/Electrical Engineering
