Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior/Lead Agentforce Architect to lead the technical strategy for complex intelligent agent solutions, leveraging Agentforce, the Einstein 1 Platform, and Data Cloud for AI-powered outcomes. This role involves translating business challenges into technical plans and roadmaps, combining AI expertise, strategic advice, and delivery leadership for enterprise AI on Salesforce.

Roles & Responsibilities:
-AI Solution Architecture & Delivery- Lead in designing and implementing AI-powered intelligent agents using Agentforce and Einstein 1 Platform, guiding teams on complex implementations and prototyping concepts.
- Enterprise Data Strategy & Governance- Serve as an expert in Salesforce Data Cloud, architecting and governing data foundations for GenAI workflows and integration strategies. Provide guidance on using external data platforms with Data Cloud for comprehensive AI solutions.
- Pre-Sales & Strategic Advisory- Act as a lead technical authority in pre-sales, shaping solution strategies for key accounts and translating challenges into technical blueprints for executives.
- Architectural Leadership- Define architectural vision and standards for Agentforce, lead technical governance, and mentor other architects and developers.
-Practice Development & Innovation- Influence Salesforce product roadmaps and contribute to thought leadership through IP creation and community engagement.
-Good to have: Life science Industry experience.


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Certifications : Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect are mandatory Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is strongly preferred.
- Experience: 12+ years of progressive, customer-facing enterprise software experience, including significant time in a dedicated architecture role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep experience with the Salesforce Platform, including programmatic capabilities, extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, and demonstrable experience architecting solutions with Einstein 1 Platform components and integration patterns.
- Soft Skills: Ability to engage and influence stakeholders, strong communication and presentation skills, and problem-solving abilities.


Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Pune, Bengaluru and hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
