Job Summary

As a Techno Commercial executive, the role demands strong analytical skills and sound knowledge of wind power plant portfolio management, covering commercial reporting, insurance claims, and stakeholder coordination, including calculating Machine Availability (MA) and checking applicability of LD or Bonus as per the contractual formula.

Responsibilities

●        Ensure all Business Interruption, Material Damage, and Theft cases are reported to the insurance            company in a timely manner.

●        Ensure all required documentation is available as per insurance requirements.

●        Coordinate with all relevant departments to arrange required documents.

●        Prepare and submit all insurance cases to the respective broker.

●        Conduct regular meetings with insurance brokers for early settlement and required support.

●        Prepare a summary of insurance claims raised/settled in a financial year and report progress to                 management.

●        Coordinate with Accounts and Finance teams for renewal of insurance policies.

●        Maintain accurate records.

●        Engage in discussions with various internal and external stakeholders.

●        Identify potential generation losses with respect to wind speed.

●        Calculate Machine Availability on a monthly basis.

●        Calculate LD / Bonus based on OEM performance.

●        Generate monthly inventory reports, inform OEMs of shortcomings, and ensure required material               is available at site as per contractual agreements.

●        Ensure all legal and statutory requirements and compliances are in place.

Skills & Qualifications Required

●        B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical.

●        Minimum of 8–10 years of relevant experience.

●        Willingness to undertake site visits (if required).

●        Good knowledge and understanding of insurance policies.
