Requirements

• Experience: Proven track record in general insurance telesales (crop, motor, health & other general insurance products).
  
• Lead Conversion: Experience in calling marketing leads and closing sales.
  
• Broker Management: Strong history of driving revenue through broker portfolios.
  
• Mindset: Highly driven, resilient, and comfortable in a high-intensity calling environment.
  
• Skills: Revenue generation, Lead conversion, Relationship building, negotiation, retentions and excellent phone communication.
