Job Description - Telecaller cum Receptionist

  • Front Desk Management: Welcome visitors, maintain a tidy reception area, and manage office security.
  • Call Handling: Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; make outbound calls to leads, prospects, and existing clients.
  • Lead Conversion: Explain products/services, follow up on potential leads, and schedule appointments or counselling sessions.
  • Admin Duties: Handle incoming/outgoing mail, maintain client databases, and manage basic billing or visitor logs.


  • Requirements

  • Education: Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent; graduates are highly preferred in industries like education and immigration.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi, English, and Punjabi. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, emails) is essential.
  • Traits: Confident, presentable, and well -spoken personality with strong multitasking abilities.
