Job Title: Telecaller – Tamil & Kannada Language proficiency

Job Description: 

We are looking for a Telecaller with experience in handling inbound and outbound calls, good English communication skills, and proficiency in Tamil and Kannada.

Key Responsibilities:

  Make and Handle inbound and outbound calls.

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate with clients in English, Tamil, and Kannada.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow up with clients and respond to their queries.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow up and maintain calling records and update client information.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements and follow-ups.

  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 
  

  Graduate in Commerce.

  
  


• 
  

  Prior experience in inbound and outbound telecalling.

  
  


• 
  

  Good verbal communication skills in English.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in Tamil and Kannada.

  
  


• 
  

  Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.

  
  


• 
  

  Good interpersonal and client-handling skills.
