Job Description - Telecaller(Psj007/C)

We are looking for Tele callers to handle customer calls, follow up with leads, provide product information, and assist the sales team in generating store visits and sales opportunities. The role requires clear communication and the ability to build positive customer relationships.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in tele calling or customer support

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads

Basic computer knowledge
