Assistant Manager / Manager – Tendering (Cable Industry)

Location: Sector 4, Noida
Experience: 5+ Years
CTC: Up to ₹50,000 In-hand + PF, Gratuity, Medical Benefits & Performance Incentives

Working days: 6 days (Mon- Sat)

Key Requirements:

• 
  

  5+ years of experience in Tendering/Bid Management.

  
  


• 
  

  Mandatory experience in the Cable Industry.

  
  


• 
  

  Hands-on experience with GeM Portal and e-Tendering.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in preparing Techno-Commercial Bids.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of Power Cable products (XLPE, HT/LT, ABC & PVC Cables).

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to review tender documents, technical specifications, BOQs, and commercial terms.

  
  


• 
  

  Good coordination with cross-functional teams for end-to-end bid submission.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

  
  

Preferred Background: Candidates from cable manufacturing companies such as KEI, Polycab, RR Kabel, Cords Cable, Paramount Communications, Delton Cables, Apar Industries, Finolex Cables, Universal Cables, or similar.
