Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of automation frameworks to streamline testing processes and improve test coverage.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing strategies with project goals and timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning.
- Strong knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks relevant to functional testing.
- Experience in designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Ability to analyze test results and identify areas for improvement in testing processes.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve testing challenges efficiently.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Functional Test Planning.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
