At Green Fields Ltd, we are seeking an experienced and diligent Tester to join our team. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for the testing phase of our software development process, ensuring that all our products perform and operate as intended.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze system specifications to gain a thorough understanding of project scope and create test plans accordingly
• Developing and implementing test protocols for our various software applications
• Identifying, documenting, and reprioritizing software bugs and deficiencies for correction
• Collaborating with team members, including designers, developers, and project managers, to understand project requirements and develop appropriate testing methodologies
• Creating logs to document testing phases and defects
• Conducting post-release and post-implementation testing to further validate software performance
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of software testing methodologies and technologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience as a Software Tester or similar role
• Experience in project management and QA methodology
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Experience with automated testing tools (Katalon, Selenium, TestComplete) would be a plus
• ISTQB certification is preferred
