Job Description - TGT HINDI Teacher required for a school in Kopargoan,Maharashtra - ( Job ID - 23413)

Responsibilities:

Deliver structured and interactive lessons in Hindi language, grammar, literature, and comprehension for Classes IX and X.
Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the Maharashtra State Board syllabus and educational standards.
Assess student performance through regular tests, assignments, projects, and oral evaluations.
Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve their language skills and academic performance.
Encourage reading habits and literary appreciation through classroom activities, debates, and storytelling sessions.
Collaborate with the academic team to review curriculum content and suggest improvements.
Participate in parent -teacher meetings, school events, and extracurricular activities.
Maintain accurate student records and ensure timely submission of reports and documentation.
Stay updated with pedagogical best practices and participate in professional development programs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Hindi (B.A. Hindi) with a B.Ed. in Hindi or equivalent teaching qualification.
2–5 years of proven teaching experience in a school setting, preferably at the secondary level.
Strong command of spoken and written Hindi, including proficiency in grammar, literature, and phonetics.
Demonstrated ability to design engaging lesson plans and use diverse teaching methodologies.
Experience in using digital tools and classroom technology for enhanced learning.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
Commitment to student development, inclusive education, and continuous professional growth.
Valid teaching certification as per Maharashtra State Board norms.
Willingness to work in a rural or semi -urban educational setting with a focus on community engagement.
