Job Description - TGT Marathi Teacher required for a school in Kopargoan,Maharashtra - ( Job ID - 23414)

Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, and deliver engaging, curriculum -aligned Marathi language lessons for Grades 6–8.
Design and implement effective teaching strategies that cater for diverse learning styles and abilities.
Assess student progress through regular tests, assignments, projects, and classroom participation.
Foster a classroom environment that encourages active participation, creativity, and respect for cultural values.
Integrate Marathi literature, poetry, and contemporary texts into the curriculum to enhance comprehension and appreciation.
Collaborate with fellow faculty members on interdisciplinary projects and school -wide academic initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marathi (BA in Marathi) or equivalent, with a postgraduate qualification (MA in Marathi) preferred.
B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent teacher training certification.
2–5 years of proven teaching experience in a school setting, preferably at the secondary level.
Strong command of spoken and written Marathi, including grammar, syntax, and literary analysis.
Proficiency in using digital tools and educational technology for lesson delivery and student engagement.
