Requirement:
● Experience : Minimum 1 to 3 years of Relevant (Preferable from IT or
Companies which have a High Recruitment Turnover and from a target based
environment)
● Qualification : Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar.
Grad - Post Grad Preferable
● Communication : PROFICIENCY in English Mandatory. Excellent interpersonal
and communication skills. (particularly when making cold calls and sending
recruiting emails)
● Skills: Excellent talent acquisition skills. Professional Human Resources
certification strongly preferred. Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques and
hands-on experience with sourcing tools (e.g. resume databases and portfolio
sites).
● Previous experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding
strategies with proven work experience as a Headhunter, Recruiter or similar
profile.
● Residing within 30 min travel distance from our Andheri (East) office.
● Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
Responsibilities:
1. Target based Recruitment: Achieve the recruitment target assigned and liaising
with internal departments to determine recruitment needs and achieve the same
within the stipulated time frame.
2. Head hunting: Identifying specific profiles from ideal companies and establishing
contact , engaging and hiring the specific profiles.
3. Sourcing: Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals,
recruitment agencies, job boards / job postings, social platforms, professional
networks, employee referrals when required.
4. Database: Maintain organized databases with candidates’ data
5. Interviewing: Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills,
qualifications and experience of potential candidates on interview via calls or
emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments and then arrange
management interviews by coordinating schedules.
6. Documentation & Feedback: Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the
necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately. Negotiating terms of
hire with potential candidates.Provide feedback to management about details
regarding applications.
7. Regular updation: Updates job knowledge by participating in educational
opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks,
and
