Description:

 The key non-negotiable skills we are looking for are:

• End-to-end project
  implementation experience (from kickoff to hypercare and project closure).
  
• Strong PMO/project governance
  experience, including project planning, risk management, steering committee
  reviews, and executive stakeholder communication.
  
• Experience managing
  cross-functional and multi-vendor implementation projects.
  
• Ability to work with technical,
  product, and customer-facing teams to drive project execution and resolve
  blockers.
  
• Strong stakeholder management
  and communication skills.
  

Responsibilities (What you'll be
expected to do)

● Work with cross-functional teams to
plan and execute ClearTax product implementation projects.

● Lead and govern the complete project
implementation lifecycle- from project initiation to hypercare support and
project closure.

● Develop and drive project governance
and documentation - including project plans, steering committee reviews and
executive stakeholder updates.

● Identify and manage project risks and
issues; and suggest feasible solutions.

● Act as a liaison between technical and
non-technical stakeholders.

● Work with ClearTax POCs to prioritize
feature development or resolve any product bugs.

● Manage communication with external
vendors and partners in case any.

● Hands-on with data analysis; tracking
usage metrics etc.

● Closely work with Account Managers and
Customer Success manager for project deliverables

● Handling multi-vendor projects, and
global teams, ensuring quality and efficiency.

● Ensure SDD sign-off and UAT sign-off
are received, validated internally, and saved in Google Drive
