Trainee, Experienced Purchaser

Since 2023, the Global Project Administration Team in India has primarily focused on providing Project Administrator support. As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are now opening a new dimension of responsibilities within the team. We are seeking an experienced Purchaser to strengthen our financial operations.

The Role Will Focus On:

• Reviewing accounts payable invoices.


• Ensuring accurate coding to the appropriate expense categories.


• Assessing opportunities to transition recurring expenses into a Purchase Order (PO) model.

Scope:

• The initial requirement is for Germany, with plans to expand support to other countries in the future.


• The primary application used in this role will be Basware. However, there is potential scope to also support as Project Administrator related activities in future.
