Job description:
ï· Work closely with designers and engineers to turn product ideas into specific plans for manufacturing.
ï· Develop clear, concise, and easy -to -understand work instructions for the production team.
ï· Break down complex tasks into smaller, manageable steps that are suitable for unskilled workers.
ï· Procure high -quality materials and components that meet design requirements and budget constraints.
ï· Oversee the production process on -site, providing real -time guidance and support to the team.
ï· Identify and troubleshoot any production issues promptly and implement corrective actions to
minimizing waste.
ï· Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all production activities and quality control measures.
ï· Conduct quality checks at various stages of the production process and ensure adherence to
design specifications and quality standards.
ï· Collaborate with the quality control team to identify and address any quality issues.
ï· Stay informed about the latest manufacturing technologies and techniques, seeking opportunities to
improve production efficiency and quality.
Desire candidate profile:
ï· Minimum of 1 year experience in product engineering, preferably with exposure to working with
production teams.
ï· Proficiency in CAD software and basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
ï· Proven ability to develop clear, concise, and easy -to -understand work instructions.
ï· Strong problem -solving and analytical skills
ï· Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Qualification:
Diploma/ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 1 -4 years

ï· Working days: 6 (Sunday week off )
