Trainer - Full Stack Java (React JS)

Position Overview :

Requirements

Required Skills :

• Conduct instructor-led training sessions (online and/or in-person) in Full Stack Development using Java and React JS
  
• Design and develop curriculum, training materials, projects, and assessments aligned with industry standards
  
• Mentor students through hands-on coding exercises, real-time projects, and career guidance
  
• Provide constructive feedback through code reviews, assessments, and doubt-solving sessions
  
• Stay updated with the latest Full Stack, Java, and React JS trends, tools, and best practices
  
• Support marketing efforts through demo sessions, webinars, and technical Q&A sessions when required
  

Mandatory technical skills:

• Java (JDK 8+) and Spring Boot / Spring Framework (MUST)
  
• React JS (MUST) – components, hooks, state management
  
• JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 & CSS3 (MUST)
  
• REST API development and integration
  
• Database knowledge – MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
  
• Version control using Git/GitHub
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
  
• Strong passion for teaching, mentoring, and simplifying complex concepts
  
• Prior training or teaching experience is preferred
  

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development with Java and React JS (MUST)
  
• Proven experience building Java-based back-end applications and React-based web applications
  
• Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience preferred
  
• Strong understanding of Full Stack architecture, design patterns, and best practices
  
• Good communication and presentation skills
  
• Passion for teaching and mentoring
