DescriptionKyriba Implementation Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Manage end-to-end TMS implementation projects, including planning, design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
•Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand treasury operations, pain points, and strategic goals.
•Translate business requirements into tailored system configurations and workflows.
•Conduct design workshops and prepare blueprint documents, SOPs, control matrices, and treasury policies.
•Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.
•Oversee SIT and UAT phases, manage defect resolution, and support hyper-care post go-live.
•Manage multiple projects simultaneously for global clients.
•Advise clients on treasury best practices, emerging technologies, and system enhancements.
•Assist in business development by creating proposals and delivering product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
Educational qualifications
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering or similar.
•Any professional certifications required: Kyriba certified – Gold/Platinum/Platinum Plus
Work experience
•At least 5 years of work experience with 3 years in Kyriba implementation
•Hands-on experience with Kyriba
•Comprehensive understanding of financial instruments (FX, MM, derivatives, investments).
•Expertise in liquidity planning, cash forecasting, and pooling structures.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, data analysis) and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
•Project management skills with experience in managing multinational clients independently
•Experienced in handling external stakeholders like dealing platforms, banks, etc.
•Multi-platform exposure (Kyriba plus one of: FIS/Quantum, SAP TRM, Serrala, GTreasury) with comparative fit-gap advisory.
•Advanced reporting & analytics: user-defined dashboards, cash forecasting models, variance analysis, KPIs.
