UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at Tersus Energy, you’ll play a critical role in designing and developing our flagship IT product, ensuring an exceptional user experience and high -quality visual communication. You will collaborate closely with our Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to deeply understand our customers, creating component systems, illustrations, iconography, micro -transitions, and animations that enhance the UI and UX of our products. Your work will be foundational in building, evolving, and documenting our Design System and its guidelines.

We are particularly interested in designers based in Goa, as we value local talent and aim to foster a strong, collaborative team environment within the region.

1. Define, design, and evolve brand guidelines, design components, patterns, templates, guidelines, and necessary tooling.
   
2. Establish visual communication and UX guidelines and standards.
   
3. Lead the design process from research and ideation to prototyping and user testing, ensuring a seamless user experience.
   
4. Understand user and product context to design extensible solutions leveraged by all product designers.
   
5. Ensure consistency and a high degree of UI and UX craft.
   
6. Schedule and facilitate regular planning and critiquing meetings for design work.
   
7. Proactively communicate updates and enable/unblock Designers and Engineers facing issues.
   
8. Create illustrations, iconography, micro -transitions, and animations to enhance customer communication.
   
9. Develop influence and working relationships with front -end engineers.
   

Requirements

What You Will Need

1. 2+ years of relevant experience as a UI/UX Designer in organizations with medium to high -maturity Design Systems.
   
2. A resume and portfolio demonstrating your best work in visual or UI/UX design, and design systems, with appropriate usage of illustration and animation.
   
3. Creative thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
   
4. Deep understanding of platform -specific design patterns, design systems, and UX principles.
   
5. Strong understanding of UX research methodologies and psychology.
   
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
   
7. Proficiency in interaction design, creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
   
8. Experience with motion design, including micro -interactions and animations to enhance user experience.
