Job Description - UI/UX Designer

Design
wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high -fidelity mockups.
Collaborate
with marketing, product and development teams to understand project
requirements, user needs, and business goals.
Conduct
user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to optimize designs.
Ensure
design consistency across all platforms while following brand guidelines.
Translate
complex information and workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces.
Stay
updated with the latest design trends, UI frameworks, and UX best
practices.
Work
with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented.

Requirements

Skills & Expertise

Â· Proficiency in design tools like Figma,
Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.

Â· Strong understanding of UX principles,
wireframing, prototyping, and user flows.

Â· Experience conducting user research, usability
testing, and A/B testing.

Â· Solid grasp of responsive design,
accessibility (WCAG), and cross -platform best practices.

Â· Knowledge or Experience of Webflow / Framer

Â· Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
(a plus for collaborating with developers).

Â· Familiarity with design systems and component
libraries.

Â· Work experience with lovable ai is an added advantage.

Ability
to create high -fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups.
