Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with experience in a Digital Agency or Ad Agency environment.
The ideal candidate should possess strong design thinking skills, an understanding of user behavior, and the ability to create visually appealing and intuitive digital experiences aligned with FashionTV’s luxury brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing web and mobile interfaces.

  Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for websites, Landing Pages, Emailers and digital campaigns.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to translate business requirements into engaging digital experiences.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to optimize designs.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure brand consistency, visual hierarchy, and aesthetic quality across all digital assets.

  
  


• 
  

  Create and maintain UI/UX design systems, style guides, and component libraries.

  
  


• 
  

  Stay updated with the latest trends in UI/UX design, interaction patterns, and emerging technologies.

  
  


• 
  

  Optimize design for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance across devices.

  
  


• 
  

  Support developers during design implementation, providing assets, specifications, and guidance.

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

  
  


• 
  

  0.6 – 4 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer in a digital or advertising agency.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and interaction design.

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is a plus.

  
  


• 
  

  Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling, typography, and color theory skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking abilities.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience designing for luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
