Job Description

Designation : SR. Customer care Executive

Job Description: Role Category: International Voice Process.

Profile:

Interact with the international customers.

Make call to the international customers.

Make them understand the purpose of calling.

Transfer the calls to the seniors.

No Sales.

Skills:

Excellent English Communication Skill.

Nice Way of Speaking & Confident.

Willing to work in international BPO @ Day shift.& Night shift

Compensation & Benefits:

1. Fixed salary..

2. Only 8 Hour working shift.

3 Spot Incentives.

4. Monthly Incentives.

5. Employee Referral Bonus of Rs. 3,000 per candidate.

6. Appraisals every after 3 months.

7. Blend of both National and International Holidays during tenure.

10. Providing Job to the IT dept. within 6 months.

Experience: Only Experienced

Fixed Day Shift Time: 8:30 Pm till  6:30 Am (Fixed).
