*Summary:* 

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Resource Teacher (PRT) specializing in English to join our dynamic education team. This role is crucial in shaping the foundational language skills of young learners in grades 1–5, fostering a love for reading, writing, and effective communication. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with a B.Ed or D.Ed qualification, equipped with strong pedagogical skills and a deep understanding of child -centered learning methodologies. *Responsibilities:* 

- Plan, deliver, and assess age -appropriate English lessons aligned with the curriculum and learning outcomes. 

- Develop and implement interactive teaching strategies to enhance reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and oral communication skills. 

- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity. 

- Utilize diverse teaching aids, technology, and multimedia resources to enrich the learning experience. 

- Monitor student progress through regular assessments, feedback, and individualised support. 

- Collaborate with fellow teachers, parents, and school administrators to support holistic student development. 

- Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events. 

- Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and classroom activities.

*Requirements:*

 

- Graduate in English or a related discipline with a valid B.Ed or D.Ed qualification. 

- 1–3 years of teaching experience in primary education, preferably in an English -medium school. 

- Strong command of spoken and written English, with excellent communication and presentation skills. 

- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging lesson plans using child -friendly and interactive methods. 

- Proficiency in using digital tools and educational software for teaching and assessment. 

- Commitment to student -centered learning and a passion for nurturing young minds.
