*Summary:* 

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate PRT Marathi Teacher to join our dynamic education team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping young minds by delivering engaging, curriculum -aligned Marathi language instruction to primary -level students. This position is essential in fostering linguistic proficiency, cultural appreciation, and effective communication skills among learners. The teacher will be responsible for creating a supportive, inclusive, and interactive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and academic growth. With a strong foundation in Marathi language and pedagogy, the successful applicant will contribute to the overall academic excellence and holistic development of students in alignment with national education standards.

*Responsibilities:* 

- Deliver structured and age -appropriate Marathi language lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum. 

- Develop and implement lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessment tools to enhance student learning. 

- Monitor student progress through regular evaluations, feedback, and individualized support. 

- Promote reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills through interactive activities and creative projects. 

- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that values diversity and encourages participation. 

- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support interdisciplinary learning and school -wide initiatives. 

- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student development. 

- Engage with parents through regular communication to share progress and support student growth. 

- Participate in professional development workshops and school meetings to stay current with best practices.

*Requirements:* 

- Bachelor’s degree in Marathi (Graduation in Marathi) with a strong command of the language. 

- Valid B.Ed or D.Ed qualification with specialization in primary education. 

- 1 to 3 years of teaching experience in primary schools, preferably in a Marathi -medium or bilingual environment. 

- Proven ability to design and deliver effective, student -centered instruction. 

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills. 

- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success and lifelong learning. 

- Proficiency in using digital tools and educational technology to support teaching and learning. 

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to evolving educational needs.
