We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Resource Teacher (PRT) specializing in Mathematics to join our dynamic education team. *Responsibilities:*
- Plan, develop, and deliver engaging, interactive, and curriculum -compliant mathematics lessons for primary -grade students (Classes I–V).
- Utilize diverse teaching strategies and tools (including visual aids, manipulative's, and digital resources) to support varied learning styles.
- Assess student progress through regular formative and summative evaluations, providing timely feedback and individualised support.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, parents, and school administrators to support holistic student development.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and curriculum review sessions.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment that encourages curiosity, participation, and respect.
- Implement differentiated instruction to meet the diverse academic needs of learners, including those with learning challenges.
Requirements

- Graduate degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks.
- Valid B.Ed or D.Ed certification from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in teaching mathematics at the primary level, preferably in a structured school environment.
- Strong command of the primary mathematics curriculum and ability to simplify complex concepts for young learners.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
