Summary

The Urologist position within the Health Care sector is designed for a dedicated medical professional to provide specialized care for conditions affecting the urinary tract and male reproductive system. This role is pivotal in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of urological disorders, ensuring patients receive high-quality medical attention and support throughout their treatment journey.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and physical examinations to diagnose urinary and reproductive system ailments.
Formulate and execute personalized treatment plans, including surgical interventions and medical management strategies.
Perform diagnostic procedures such as cystoscopies, ultrasounds, and biopsies to assess patient conditions accurately.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
Maintain precise and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and facility standards.
Educate patients and their families regarding medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive health measures.

Requirements

Possess a valid medical license and relevant certification in Urology.
Demonstrate 0-1 year of hands-on clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
Exhibit a strong understanding of urological anatomy, pathology, and therapeutic protocols.
Display excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex medical information clearly.
Maintain a commitment to patient safety, ethical standards, and continuous professional development.
Be prepared to work within the salary range of ₹4.5 - 5.5 lpm.
