A rapidly expanding healthcare provider in India, specializing in advanced urological care and surgical innovation, we deliver world-class treatment for complex genitourinary conditions—including robotic-assisted procedures, stone management, and reconstructive urology. Our team combines clinical excellence with cutting-edge technology to transform patient outcomes across urban and underserved regions. Role & Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume urological surgeries including TURP, PCNL, RALP, and ureteroscopy using laser and robotic platforms.


• Lead multidisciplinary rounds to diagnose and manage benign and malignant urological conditions across adults and pediatric patients.


• Collaborate with radiology and oncology teams to design and execute minimally invasive treatment pathways for renal, bladder, and prostate cancers.


• Supervise junior residents and fellows during surgical procedures and clinical decision-making, ensuring adherence to evidence-based protocols.


• Conduct pre- and post-operative counseling, optimize patient flow through surgical scheduling, and reduce complication rates via continuous audit and feedback loops.


• Drive quality initiatives—implementing pathway standardization, outcome tracking, and compliance with NABH/JCI standards across surgical units.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• DNB/MS/Diploma in Urology from NMC-recognized institute


• Active NMC registration with valid license to practice in India


• Proven experience in robotic-assisted laparoscopic surgeries (da Vinci or equivalent)


• High-volume expertise in endoscopic stone management (PCNL, URS, RIRS)


• Competency in oncological urology (radical prostatectomy, cystectomy, nephrectomy)


• Proficiency in managing complex urethral strictures and reconstructive procedures

Preferred

• Fellowship in Robotic Urology or Endourology from accredited overseas or Indian institutions


• Experience with urethral bulking agents, artificial urinary sphincter implantation, or penile prosthetics


• Publications or presentations at national/international urology conferences
