US Accountant

NextRow Digital
is looking to add accountant to our US team. You will be responsible for client
billing and managing receivables. You should be a fast learner and adapt to new
challenges. Be part of a fast -growing team and build your career. Ideal
candidate should have 4+ years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities: -

·        Should carry a minimum experience of 4 Years in the
US Accounting field.

·        Should be able to work on CST timings – 8am to
5pm CST.

·        Must have at least 3 Year experience in Quick
books, AR & AP.

·        Updating and maintaining records of expenditures, timesheets,
and raising client invoices.

·        Responding to vendor invoices & Emails.

·        Ensuring that all payments are sent on time.

·        Resolving payment discrepancies.

·        Preparing and emailing invoices to customers.

·        Posting payments to customer accounts.

·        Organizing and filing deposit receipts as invoices
are paid.

·        Extracting time sheets from the client portal and
updating in QB for reconciliation.

·        Good communication skills.

Good to have:

·        CPA certification.
