US Accounts Manager - Night Shift

Salary range: Rs 800000 - Rs 1500000 (ie INR 8 - 15 LPA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial reporting and month-end/year-end close.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and statutory requirements.
• Lead accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and financial accuracy.
• Drive process improvements and financial automation initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
• Monitor key financial KPIs and business performance.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team.
