US Collections & Customer Service Executive (Voice Process)

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Collections:

• Handle outbound calls for overdue accounts
  
• Negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding balances
  
• Maintain accurate call logs and follow -ups
  
• Ensure compliance with FDCPA guidelines
  

Customer Service:

• Manage inbound queries related to billing, disputes, and account status
  
• Deliver first -call resolution with high customer satisfaction
  
• Handle escalations professionally
  
• Update CRM systems with accurate information
  

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year experience in US Collections or US Customer Service
  
• Strong spoken English & Spanish (Neutral/US accent preferred)
  
• Good negotiation & conflict resolution skills
  
• Knowledge of FDCPA compliance
  
• Comfortable with night shifts & weekend working
  
• Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools
  

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in third -party US collections (pre/post charge -off, recoveries)
  
• Background in financial services
  
• Familiarity with dialers , CRM systems & payment portals
