You can also follow us on LinkedIn and Instagram. \n \nJob Description Summary \n\u2022 Qualification: Commerce Graduate/Postgraduate, MBA \n\u2022 A US CPA or Enrolled Agent is preferable. \n\u2022 Excellent communication skills. \n\u2022 Sound technical knowledge with respect to US Individual taxes (Form 1040). \n\u2022 Should have experience reviewing US Tax Returns (Form 1040) for least 12-18 months. \n\u2022 Should have prior experience interacting with Foreign offices and assignees. \n\u2022 Work Location: Bangalore / Kolkata \n \nJob Description \n\n\n\u2022 Review all types of US individual income tax returns.\n\n\u2022 Demonstrate a high level of proficiency of tax technical knowledge.\n\n\u2022 Manage the engagement team -Set performance measurements and ensure that performance goals, including engagement economics, turnaround time and quality targets are met.\n\n\u2022 Identify and lead new services that the service line can perform at the VVN. \u2022 Develop, mentor, and supervise Associates \u0026 Specialists.\n\n\u2022 Demonstrate leadership and executive presence. \u2022 Communicate progress and project status to all stakeholders.\n\n\u2022 Knowledge of the firm policies related to confidentiality and data privacy, client acceptance and engagement letters, tax return preparer guidelines and knowledge-sharing.\n\n\u2022 Adhere to practice protocol and other internal processes consistently. \n \nAdditional Information \nWe are an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected status. \nPlease note, AI is used as part of the application process.\n
