Location: Hyderabad, India

USI -CTS Saviynt Implementation 5 - 8 Yrs

Required Qualifications

4+ years of total experience, with strong hands -on experience in Saviynt integration or implementation environments.

Proven experience supporting IAM implementations, preferably with Saviynt.

Strong background in designing and supporting complex integrations, connectors, workflows, and platform customizations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end -to -end implementation and support activities for Saviynt IAM solutions across development, test, and production environments.

Design, build, configure, and support Saviynt integrations, connectors, workflows, and related platform enhancements.

Own technical troubleshooting for platform issues, integration failures, workflow defects, and production incidents.

Drive change governance processes including CAB participation, release planning, implementation approvals, and rollback readiness.

Support production deployments and ensure operational controls, validation checks, and stabilization activities are in place.

Collaborate with business, security, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve dependencies and deliver enhancements.

Coordinate with vendors and third parties to manage defects, fixes, timelines, and technical dependencies.

Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, support guides, and implementation artifacts.

Identify improvement opportunities to strengthen platform reliability, automation, and support efficiency.
