Oracle HCM Technical : 1 FTE Senior Consultant and 1 FTE Consultant

JD: Oracle HCM Fusion Technical Consultant/Senior Consultant

Key job responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support of the Oracle HCM Cloud modules
  

• Responsible for any changes in HCM Extracts
  

• Should be able to decode the issue related to interfaces
  

• Provide support on BI Reports and OTBI Reports
  

• Troubleshoot the issues of HDL, FBL, PBL
  

• Able to debug and modify fast formulas
  

• Establish open, fluid, and timely communications with all interested parties, stakeholders, and project teams
  

• Mentor associates and foster a learning and growth environment
  

• Adhere to the ticket management guidelines to ensure consistency in both communication and process in all client interactions
  

• Liaise with Oracle and 3rd party vendors for product/integration issues
  

• Senior Consultant are expected to be able to lead Tech team and work directly with client.
  

• Senior Consultant should be able to demosntrate SME level of skill and experince while supporting the client in all, the stages of delivery cycle.
  

Experience: Consultant : 3-5 years relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical

Senior Consultant : 6-10 years relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical

Key Skills for Fusion Technical:

• HCM Extracts
  

• BI Reports
  

• OTBI Reports- Develop or extend reports with Report composer in OTBI environment
  

• HDL(HCM Data Loader)
  

• FBL(File Based loader)
  

• PBL(Payroll Based loader) - Good to have
  

• Fast formulas
  

• OIC - Good to have
