USI-CTS SailPoint IIQ 5 - 8 Yrs

SailPoint Developer | 5–8 Years Experience

We are seeking a technically strong SailPoint Developer to design, develop, and support Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow, identity lifecycle management, application onboarding, workflows, provisioning, and access certification.

Responsibilities

Develop and support SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow solutions

Build workflows, rules, certifications, provisioning processes, and identity lifecycle automations

Configure and troubleshoot application onboarding and integrations with AD, LDAP, HR systems, and SaaS applications

Support access requests, recertification, role-based access, and policy enforcement

Resolve provisioning, aggregation, workflow, and reconciliation issues

Collaborate with IAM architects, security teams, and application owners

Prepare technical documentation, runbooks, and support materials

Required Skills

5–8 years of SailPoint development experience

Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow

Experience with workflows, rules, connectors, certifications, and provisioning

Working knowledge of Beanshell, XML, Java, REST APIs, JSON, and SQL

Experience integrating SailPoint with AD, LDAP, databases, and SaaS applications

Good understanding of IAM concepts, identity lifecycle, and access governance

Role Overview
