Description

Lucid Motors looking for a IAM Developer with deep expertise in cloud-based IGA and identity and access management (IAM) platform to join our IAM team. The ideal candidate should have 7 - 8 years of experience in IAM solution design and development, strong IAM fundamentals, and proven ability to work across cross-functional teams. Hands-on experience with Sailpoint Identity cloud and a collaborative, leadership mindset are highly valued.

Required Qualifications:

• 7-9+ years of experience in IAM development, architecture, and support.
  

• 3+ years of hands-on implementation and development in SailPoint IdentityNow (Identity Cloud).
  

• Experience integrating IAM platforms with Okta, Active Directory/LDAP, HRIS systems, and SaaS apps.
  

• Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, REST APIs, and SCIM provisioning standards.
  

• Strong understanding of IAM principles, including RBAC, ABAC, access certification, and privileged access.
  

• Ability to work in Agile environments and lead sprint-based IAM delivery efforts.
  

• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
  

• Hands-on experience with products such as Okta, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Sailpoint and standards like SAML, SSO, RBAC, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, FIDO2
  

• Expert knowledge and application of IAM capabilities: authentication, authorization, entitlement and role management, access certification, privileged access management, secrets management etc
  

• Design/Implement IAM solutions using SailPoint Identity IQ / Now enterprise or similar identity Governance Platforms
  

• Strong experiences with MFA, Password-less, IGA, PAM and RBAC/ABAC
  

• Design and implement the Attribute based access control (ABAC), Role-Based access control (RBAC) and Policy Based access controls to secure internal/external applications
  

• Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences across all levels of an organization
  

• Ability to translate business strategies and project portfolios into short and long-term architectural plans, detailed requirements, and models

Preferred Skills & Good to Have:

• Knowledge of OAuth2, SAML, OIDC, and other modern authentication protocols.
  

• Understanding of Zero Trust Architecture and security best practices.
  

• Experience with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) frameworks.
  

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and managing IAM within them.
  

• SailPoint, Okta, or Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Developer, Okta Certified Professional, CISSP, etc.).
  

• Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., HIPAA, SOX, GDPR compliance).
  

• Exposure to other IAM tools like CyberArk, ForgeRock, Ping Identity is a plus.
  

• Competency in security frameworks including NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, SOX,
  

• Automobile and/or manufacturing industry experience a plus
