Job Summary: 

We are looking for a UX Designer who can translate complex business and user requirements into intuitive, scalable, and high -quality digital experiences. The role involves working across enterprise applications, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving design from concept to delivery.

• Own end -to -end UX design lifecycle — from understanding requirements to final delivery
  
• Translate business problems into user journeys, flows, wireframes, and high -fidelity designs
  
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility
  
• Create interaction models, design systems, and reusable components
  
• Conduct basic usability testing and heuristic evaluations
  
• Ensure consistency with brand, accessibility, and usability standards
  
• Contribute to UX strategy, design thinking workshops, and solutioning
  

Must Have Siklls:

• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture
  
• Ability to handle complex enterprise workflows and data -heavy interfaces
  
• Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
  
• Experience working in Agile environments
  
• Good communication and ability to present design rationale to stakeholders
  
• Understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design
  

Tools & Technologies:

• Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch (primary design tools)
  
• Miro / FigJam (workshops, flows, collaboration)
  
• InVision / ProtoPie / Axure (prototyping – good to have)
  
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (for dev collaboration)
  

Good to Have:

• Exposure to design systems and component libraries
  
• Experience in financial services / enterprise applications
  
• Exposure to AI -led design tools or workflows
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing end -to -end design work (mandatory)
