UX Researcher

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end UX research activities.


• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research using appropriate methodologies.


• Perform usability testing and analyze user behavior.


• Create user personas, customer journey maps, empathy maps, and research reports.


• Gather user insights through interviews, surveys, focus groups, and observational studies.


• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to influence product decisions.


• Present research findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.


• Validate design concepts and prototypes through user testing.


• Maintain research documentation and ensure adherence to best practices.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in User Research


• Expertise in Qualitative & Quantitative Research


• Hands-on experience with Usability Testing


• Proficiency in UX Research Tools (e.g., UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, etc.)


• Experience in Persona Development


• Strong knowledge of Customer Journey Mapping


• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

• Experience working in the Automotive domain

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years of relevant UX research experience.


• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.


• Ability to communicate research insights effectively to cross-functional teams.


• Immediate joiners or candidates serving a notice period of up to 15 days will be preferred.

Interview Process

• 2–3 virtual interview rounds (including a potential research exercise or presentation)
