Role Overview
We are looking for a Head of Marketing who can lead this high-energy, high-impact marketing function. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for steering the brand narrative, driving full-funnel growth, and shaping how millions discover, trust, and engage with Jeevansathi.


 


Key Responsibilities:


1. Marketing Leadership & Strategy



  • Architect and own the comprehensive marketing strategy for Jeevansathi.

  • Translate business objectives into scalable, insight-led, high-impact marketing plans.

  • Build quarterly/annual forecasts, budgets, and performance frameworks that drive accountability and measurable outcomes.


 


2. Brand Building & Creative Excellence



  • Shape Jeevansathi into one of India’s most loved and culturally relevant brands.

  • Develop category-defining campaigns and narratives that strengthen brand trust and emotional affinity.

  • Ensure consistency of voice, tone, and storytelling across all touchpoints.


 


3. Growth, Digital & Performance Marketing



  • Lead performance marketing with a scientific, experiment-led, ROI-first approach.

  • Own the complete acquisition funnel—from creative ideation to media planning to conversion optimization.

  • Identify, test, and scale new channels for sustainable growth.


 


4. Social, Content & Community



  • Build a high-output content and campaigns team that delivers fresh, engaging, platform-native content.

  • Drive social media leadership with differentiated storytelling and always-on brand presence.


 


5. Team Building & Cross-Functional Leadership



  • Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performance marketing team that blends creativity, analytical rigorand executional excellence.

  • Foster a culture of ownership, speed, innovation, and deep collaboration with product, business, and analytics teams.
