Job Description - Vice President Operations

Track and own your team's progress towards hitting deadlines and throughput numbers. Establish area performance standards and goals… and hold your team accountable to hitting them.

Put sustainable, repeatable processes in place. Hold your team accountable to following them and empower your staff to suggest process improvements.

Build and develop your team. Own large pieces of scheduling, training and recruiting.

Own safety of the team and of the food. Ensure the facility and associates comply with all state and local regulatory agencies.

Inspire passion and commitment. Develop your team. Ensure that Cook Gourmet is every team member’s favorite place to work!
