Job Role : Video Editor
We are looking for a highly skilled Video Editor - Manager to join our creative team and craft compelling
video content for brand campaigns and digital storytelling initiatives. This role requires a strong eye for visual
narrative, editing precision, and the ability to turn raw footage into engaging content that resonates with modern
audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
â Own Video Post-Production
Take ownership of the end-to-end post-production process, from raw footage and editing to motion graphics, color grading, sound design, and final delivery.
â Drive Creative Execution
Translate campaign concepts, creative briefs, and brand requirements into high-quality video content with strong storytelling, pacing, visual language, and platform relevance.
â Quality Control & Creative Review
Review and approve video outputs before delivery, ensuring high standards of editing, visual consistency, technical quality, and adherence to brand guidelines.
â Handle Advanced Video Editing
Work on complex edits involving multi-layered compositions, advanced transitions, motion graphics, visual effects, masking, keyframing, speed ramping, and advanced sound design.
â Lead & Manage the Video Editing Team
Manage, mentor, and guide video editors while allocating projects, reviewing output, and ensuring timely delivery across multiple campaigns.
â Manage Multi-Format Content
Oversee video adaptations across Reels, YouTube, digital ads, social media, branded content, and other formats while ensuring platform-specific optimization.
â Build Efficient Editing Workflows
Establish structured editing processes, project organization, file management, templates, and workflows to improve team productivity and turnaround time.
â Collaborate With Creative & Marketing Teams
Work closely with creative strategists, content teams, campaign managers, and production teams to develop and execute video-led campaigns effectively.
â Manage Multiple Campaigns & Deadlines
Plan editing bandwidth, prioritize projects, distribute workloads, and ensure multiple deliverables are completed within campaign timelines.
â Stay Ahead of Video & Creative Trends
Continuously explore emerging editing techniques, visual trends, AI-powered creative tools, platform formats, and new approaches to video storytelling.
Skills & Requirements
â 3-5 years of professional experience in video editing within a creative, media, or marketing environment.
â Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
â Solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and modern editing styles.
â Experience working on branded content and campaign-based video projects.
â Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver polished edits under tight timelines.
â Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into impactful video outputs.
â A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality video edits and creative storytelling.
