Job Description - VP Sales

Lead and execute sales strategies for premium and large -scale residential projects

• Drive sales volumes across multiple projects with high inventory levels

• Manage and mentor sales teams to achieve monthly and annual targets

• Handle direct sales, HNI clients, and strategic channel partner relationships

• Oversee site sales operations, customer engagement, and closure processes

• Collaborate with marketing teams on lead generation, campaigns, and conversions

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

• Ensure strong customer experience from lead generation to final closure

Requirements

Key Experience & Skill Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in real estate sales (residential)

• Total years of relevant real estate experience must be clearly mentioned

• Proven track record of selling 100+ residential units

• Hands -on experience in high -end residential projects with ticket sizes of ₹2 Cr and above

• Strong exposure to high -volume sales, HNI clients, channel partners, and direct sales

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Strong leadership ability with consistent closure performance

• Smart, dynamic, confident professionals with a results -driven mindset
