Job Description - WeGoDigitally - Graphic Designers

Summary:

WeGoDigitally is seeking a creative and detail -oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Fresher, you will play a vital role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and supporting digital and print marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for a passionate designer with a strong foundation in design principles, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a drive to bring innovative ideas to life. You will collaborate closely with marketing strategists, content creators, and digital teams to produce compelling visuals that engage audiences, enhance brand consistency, and drive campaign success. This is a hands -on opportunity to grow your portfolio, develop real -world design skills, and contribute to high -impact marketing initiatives in a fast -paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities:

Design visually engaging graphics for digital platforms including social media, email campaigns, websites, and advertisements.
Create and maintain brand -compliant visual assets, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute design ideas aligned with campaign goals.
Produce print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and presentation decks.
Adapt designs for various formats and screen sizes, optimizing for both desktop and mobile platforms.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve creative output.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines with high -quality deliverables.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input during campaign planning.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent portfolio demonstrating proficiency).
Proficiency in industry -standard design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, and visual storytelling.
Portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and print assets.
Basic knowledge of web design principles and responsive layouts.
Ability to receive feedback and iterate on designs efficiently.
Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast -paced marketing ecosystem.
