Workday Reporting and Learning

1. Detailed Job Description : Strong functional knowledge of Workday Learning. • Experience approving and validating Workday Learning configuration and build activities. • Hands-on experience with Workday Audience Builder. • Familiarity with commonly used HCM reporting criteria and worker attributes used for audience creation. • Experience working with Workday calculated fields, including understanding how security impacts calculated field results. • Ability to troubleshoot Workday Learning audience and reporting issues by analyzing report logic, calculated fields, and security. • Familiarity with Workday Learning security domains and business processes. • Experience supporting enterprise-scale Workday Learning implementations or production support environments. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues independently. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Experience working in a healthcare or other highly regulated environment is a plus
