Job Description - WT Softech -Graphic Designer

Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail -oriented Graphic & Video Designer to bring our brand vision to life across digital platforms. In this role, you will play a key part in developing compelling visual content that resonates with our audience and supports marketing initiatives. Your work will directly impact brand consistency, engagement, and campaign success, making you an essential contributor to our digital presence. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team to deliver high -quality, on -brand assets that drive awareness and conversion.

Responsibilities:

Design social media creatives, posters, banners, and promotional marketing materials
Edit short -form and promotional videos for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Create engaging motion graphics, reels, and video snippets that align with brand guidelines
Ensure all visual content maintains a consistent aesthetic and meets quality standards
Support the marketing team with creative concepts and campaign ideation
Perform basic photo retouching and content formatting for digital distribution

Requirements

Requirements:

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar design and video editing tools
Strong understanding of social media content design and platform -specific best practices
Demonstrated creativity, a keen eye for aesthetics, and meticulous attention to detail
Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a strong advantage
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to evolving campaign needs
