Zaa Zaa Centre & Sales Mngr M/F(6Yrs-4.8 Max Lpa)

Centre and Sales Manager for ZAAZAA Discovery & Play Centre.

This will be a dual-responsibility role. The person will be responsible for managing the centre’s day-to-day operations while also taking primary ownership of sales, particularly birthday parties and events.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the play centre.


• Supervise staff, duty allocation, attendance and service standards.


• Ensure the centre is clean, organised, adequately stocked and ready for customers.


• Maintain a consistently high-quality guest and play experience.


• Handle customer enquiries, walk-ins and client relationships.


• Respond promptly to birthday and event leads.


• Conduct centre tours and explain party packages.


• Follow up consistently with prospective clients and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.


• Recommend packages, upgrades and add-ons according to the client’s requirements.


• Coordinate with the operations and event teams after a party is confirmed.


• Maintain an accurate sales tracker covering enquiries, follow-ups, bookings, payments and lost leads.


• Collect client feedback and resolve complaints professionally.


• Take ownership of monthly party revenue targets.


• Be available on weekends, as these are the centre’s most important operational and event days.

Proposed compensation: Salary plus below commission structure

• Commission: 1.5% of collected party revenue up to ₹10 lakh per month


• Accelerated commission: 2.5% on revenue above ₹10 lakh per month
