Job Summary  

NuageCX Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Zoho Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, understanding client requirements, demonstrating Zoho solutions, and driving sales across the Zoho product suite. This role requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.

Key Responsibilities  



  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales activities.


  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Zoho applications and solutions.


  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.


  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.


  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial documents.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.


  • Coordinate with the implementation team to ensure a smooth project handover after sales.


  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in Zoho CRM.


  • Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to maximize conversions.


  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.


  • Stay updated on Zoho products, new features, and industry trends.


  • Participate in marketing campaigns, webinars, and networking events to generate new business opportunities.







Requirements

Required Skills  



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


  • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation abilities.


  • Customer-focused and consultative selling approach.


  • Good understanding of CRM and business software solutions.


  • Ability to identify client pain points and recommend suitable solutions.


  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.


  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.


  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
