Zoho Consultant

Purpose: Develop, implement, and maintain custom CRM, Projects, and other business applications (People, Books, Inventory, etc.) on the Zoho Platform. Create ready-to-deploy cloud applications leveraging the Zoho Platform's capabilities. Stay updated on various possible integrations with the Zoho platform and the extent of their applications. Develop workarounds within the system to suggest alternate methods in case of system limitations.

• Zoho Suite Proficiency: Utilize a deep understanding of Zoho's suite of applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, and others, depending on specific projects.
  


• Deluge Scripting: Apply proficiency in Deluge scripting to customize Zoho applications to meet specific business needs through workflow automation and customization.
  


• API Integration: Integrate Zoho applications with other software systems and third-party services using Zoho APIs.
  


• Database Management: Design and manage databases within Zoho Creator to efficiently store and retrieve data.
  


• Customization: Customize Zoho applications, including creating custom fields, forms, and reports, and modifying layouts to tailor them to the organization's requirements.
  


• Workflow Automation: Create and manage workflows and automation rules within Zoho applications to streamline business processes and enhance efficiency.
  


• Reports and Dashboards: Generate reports and dashboards to visualize data and provide insights to clients or stakeholders.
  


• UI/UX Design: Apply basic knowledge of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles to create user-friendly and visually appealing Zoho applications.
  


• Testing and Quality Assurance: Ensure the functionality and quality of Zoho applications through thorough testing and debugging.
  


• Problem-Solving: Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues that may arise during Zoho application development and integration.
  


• Communication: Maintain effective communication skills to collaborate with clients, gather requirements, and provide updates on project progress.
  


• Project Management: Apply basic project management skills to plan, execute, and deliver Zoho development projects on time and within budget.
  


• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with new features, updates, and best practices for the dynamic Zoho platform.
  


• R&D and Industry Solutions Building: Contribute to research and development efforts and the creation of industry-specific solutions.
  

Requirements

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, and other Zoho applications.
  


• Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and integrating applications with Zoho Creator.
  


• Knowledge of Deluge scripting, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
  


• Familiarity with current Zoho apps features and functionalities.
  


• Experience with API integration and database management within Zoho Creator.
  


• Strong customization and workflow automation skills.
  


• Ability to generate reports and dashboards.
  


• Basic UI/UX design knowledge.
  


• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Zoho certifications, such as Zoho Creator Certified Developer.
  


• Experience in developing cloud applications on top of the Zoho Platform.
  


• Awareness of various integrations possible with the Zoho platform.
