Summary: 

We are seeking a skilled and results -driven Zoho Solution Architect to join our innovative consulting team. As a strategic technical leader, you will design, implement, and optimize end -to -end Zoho One solutions that address complex business challenges across diverse industries. Your expertise will be pivotal in transforming client operations through scalable, integrated, and future -ready systems built on the full Zoho One suite. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to turn business needs into powerful digital solutions, driving efficiency, automation, and measurable business impact. This role is perfect for a technically adept professional passionate about leveraging Zoho’s ecosystem to deliver transformative digital outcomes.

Responsibilities: 

- Lead end -to -end design, configuration, and deployment of Zoho One solutions aligned with client business goals. 

- Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and define robust solution architectures. 

- Create system blueprints, data models, workflows, and integration strategies using Zoho CRM, Books, Creator, Analytics, People, Projects, Inventory, and other Zoho One modules. 

- Customize and configure Zoho One applications to support business processes with emphasis on scalability, security, and compliance. 

- Develop integrations between Zoho One and external systems using Zoho Flow, Zoho Creator APIs, and webhooks. 

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and implementation teams. 

- Execute system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post -deployment support to ensure performance and reliability. 

- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specs, and user guides. 

- Stay current with Zoho One updates, emerging features, and industry best practices to enhance solution quality. 

- Partner with cross -functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and under budget.

Requirements: 

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Zoho One certification (e.g., Zoho Creator Developer, Zoho One Architect) is highly preferred. 

- 3–5 years of hands -on experience implementing Zoho One solutions in consulting or enterprise settings. 

- Expert -level knowledge of Zoho One ecosystem: CRM, Books, Creator, Flow, Analytics, Projects, Inventory, and more. 

- Demonstrated experience building complex workflows, custom modules, and integrations using Zoho’s development tools. 

- Strong grasp of business process modeling, data architecture, and system integration principles. 

- Excellent analytical, problem -solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non -technical audiences. 

- Proven track record in client -facing consulting roles delivering successful digital transformation initiatives. 

- Proficiency in RESTful APIs, webhooks, and data mapping for seamless system interoperability. 

- Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast -paced, dynamic environment. 

- Willingness to travel for client engagements as needed.
