Mohali, India.

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven interns to join our dynamic team for a 12-month
internship program in the field of accounting. As a leading fintech company, we are
committed to fostering talent and providing a hands-on learning experience that could

potentially lead to a full-time position upon successful completion of the internship.

Role Overview:

The Accounting Intern will work closely with our finance and accounting team to gain practical
experience in financial record-keeping, analysis, and reporting. This role offers a valuable
opportunity to develop skills in financial management, auditing, and
compliance within the
exciting and evolving fintech industry.



Key Responsibilities:

•
Assisting in day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable,
invoice processing, and reconciliation.

•
Supporting the preparation and analysis of financial reports, statements, and budgets.

•
Collaborating with the team to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and
company policies.

•
Participating in audits and internal control procedures to maintain the accuracy and
integrity of financial data.

•
Contributing to special projects as assigned, offering fresh perspectives and innovative
ideas to improve accounting processes.



Requirements:

•
Pursuing or completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

•
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures.




•
Familiarity with US GAAP is an advantage.

•
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

•
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and accounting software.

•
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

•
Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.



Preferred Qualifications:

•
Previous internship or relevant work experience in accounting or finance.

•
Familiarity with QuickBooks, or other accounting software.
