AI & Innovation Trainee

Role Overview

The AI & Innovation Trainee will support our transition into an AI-first marketing workflow. This is a role for someone who is technically curious and marketing-savvy. You will assist in researching, testing, and implementing AI tools and automated frameworks to improve how we execute campaigns for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Tool Research & Auditing: Identify and test emerging AI platforms (text, image, video, and data analysis) relevant to influencer and performance marketing.
   

2. Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with creative and growth teams to identify manual bottlenecks and suggest AI-driven or automated solutions.
   

3. Pilot Project Support: Assist in running "proof-of-concept" experiments, such as AI-assisted content production or automated performance reporting.
   

4. Prototyping: Build basic frameworks using no-code tools (Notion, Zapier, Airtable) to streamline internal team collaboration.
   

5. Documentation: Maintain a clear knowledge base of insights, prompt libraries, and "best practices" discovered during experiments.
   

6. Direct Collaboration: Work closely with founders on high-priority internal initiatives and new service offerings.
   

• Educational Background: A student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Tech, or a related field with a strong interest in AI.
  

• Technical Familiarity: Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, etc.) and a desire to learn no-code automation.
  

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to look at a creative process and suggest a structured, logical way to improve it.
  

• Communication: Strong writing and documentation skills; ability to explain technical tools to non-technical team members.
  

• Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment where priorities can shift quickly

Duration: 3-4 Months

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Onsite) + Saturday Half Day (WFH)
